Persistent standing West Lower, no action from stewards, hoarse keep shouting “sit down!”..I pay for a seat not to keep getting up to watch the match!..rant over..

Persistent moaning by people in the West Stand about people standing during the game. It’s hard enough to get a decent atmosphere at home without the prawn sandwich brigade complaining about fans getting into the game and backing their team.
Ticket Touts
At the Arsenal game it was a pleasure to be able to meet up and walk to The Bridge without touts constantly in your face.
Why? Quite simply the Police stood where they normally stood and drove them away. Since then – nowt – not even for the Man Utd game.
Why have they not repeated this since, its a very easy thing to do and so many of us would welcome it.
The shambles that is the chelsea fc ticketing system.IE the virtual waiting room .A total lottery.And why when people spend their money gaining loyalty points very few games are sold on points making them a free for all.Also why cant we when we eventually get through the vwr cant we have a choice of the tickets that are left rather than just being allocated tickets in a take or leave em way.Its 2017 and our ticket office is stuck in the 90s
