NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Chelsea Supporters’ Group 2005 (CSG) will be held online via Microsoft Teams on Saturday 12th June 2021, between 3pm and 5pm

The AGM will include the re-election of the current CSG committee and the election of a CSG member to the following committee positions:

  1. Chair                           (Current CSG Committee Member Only)
  2. Secretary
  3. Treasurer
  4. Press Officer
  5. General Committee Member

Attendees:

If any Chelsea Supporters Group would wish to attend the Annual General Meeting online, please contact the Acting Chair (acting as secretary) Peter Trenter for further joining instructions via info@chelseasupportersgroup.net [1] including your full name, a contact e mail address.

Joining instructions will be sent prior to the meeting date, please do not forward these details to others, any ‘non CSG members’ applying will be rejected.

If you wish to have an item added to the agenda for the AGM, please contact the Acting Chair (acting as group secretary), Peter Trenter on info@chelseasupportersgroup.net [1].

Any CSG member wishing to stand for election must contact the Acting Chair (acting as Secretary), Peter Trenter, via info@chelseasupportersgroup.net indicating their desire to stand, by 14:00 on Saturday 29th May 2021.  This must contain a written statement that will be read by a committee member on their behalf at the AGM.

Any CSG member unable to attend the AGM but wishing to stand for election must contact the Acting Chair (acting as Secretary), Peter Trenter, via info@chelseasupportersgroup.net [1]  indicating their desire to stand, by 14:00 on Saturday 29th May 2021.  This must contain a written statement that will be read by a committee member on the absentee’s behalf at the AGM.

Further, a CSG member entitled to attend and vote in the election may request a postal ballot in accordance with paragraph 5(ix) of the Group’s constitution.  All postal ballots must be returned to the Acting Chair (acting as Secretary), Peter Trenter via info@chelseasupportersgroup.net [1], by 14:00 on Saturday 29th May 2021.  Full CSG postal address can be given if required.

PLEASE NOTE:

Microsoft Teams has a limit on numbers attending, the invites sent will be on a first come basis, any members who fails to get online due to numbers will be sent the minutes via the e mail sent on application and by request.
